Sell your first tickets

Overview

Create ticket types inside your event. Guests buy on its public page. The current price appears before purchase.

Setup

1. Create a ticket type

Open Event › Sell › Tickets. Enter name, price and quantity. New types use your space’s default design.

2. Check the sale window

Set the sale start. With price phases, the last phase’s end is the sale end. Visibility start lives under Advanced. See Edit ticket types for the steps.

3. Set up payouts

For paid tickets, open Finance › Payouts and complete legal details, tax status and the Stripe connection. Free tickets need no payment connection.

4. Publish

Review missing details inside the event and publish it. Copy its public event page link and share it with guests.

Everyday tasks

Follow sales under Orders. Edit prices and quantities inside the event. A price change after sales requires confirmation.

Manage discount and access codes under Sell › Discounts. They can reduce prices or unlock hidden ticket types.

What does a sale cost? Find current Free and Pro fees on the pricing page.

What happens when tickets sell out? Increase the quantity if event capacity allows more sales.
