Tickets and wallet
After the purchase: open and share tickets, add them to Apple or Google Wallet, and get in with the QR code.

Overview
After the purchase your tickets are available immediately: through the link in the confirmation email and in your Gathermatter account. Every ticket has a QR code that is scanned at admission. So you don't have to search on event day, you can add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Use the ticket link from the confirmation or sign in with your purchase email. Sign-in offers the methods available for your account.
Setup
1. Open your tickets
Click the ticket link in your confirmation email, or sign in and open Me › Tickets. There you see all orders and tickets that belong to your email address.
2. Add to your wallet
Open a ticket and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. The ticket is then ready right on your lock screen, even without an internet connection on site.
3. Pass tickets on
If you bought tickets for friends, you can transfer each ticket individually: open the ticket, copy the link and send it on. The recipient then opens their ticket directly via the link.
Everyday tasks
- At admission: show your ticket's QR code (wallet pass or ticket page). The crew scan it and you are in. Each code is valid only once.
- Check order status: under Me › Tickets each order shows its status: Pending, Confirmed, Paid, Canceled or Refunded.
- Second email address: if you bought with a different address, you can add it under Me › Account › Sign-in and email; the matching tickets then appear in your overview too.
Tips & FAQ
I can't find my tickets. Go to Me › Tickets and sign in with the email address you bought with. All tickets for that address appear there automatically.
Do I need the email at admission? No. Only the QR code counts. Whether it comes from the wallet, the ticket page or the email doesn't matter.
Can I use a ticket more than once? No. Each QR code is invalidated when scanned. If you shared a ticket, only one person can enter with it.
My phone battery died. Now what? Talk to the admission crew or the organizer: with your name and the order number from the confirmation email, your order can be looked up.
