Use your artist pass

Overview

Your artist pass belongs to your performance. Show its QR code at admission. The gig link opens your private gig page; it is not an admission pass.

Setup

1. Open the gig

Open the organizer’s gig link or your performance under Gigs.

2. Add the pass

Choose Add to Apple Wallet or the available Google Wallet option beside your artist pass. If Wallet is unavailable, use the QR code on the gig page.

Everyday tasks

Show the pass at admission. A successful admission shows a distinct Artist result to the crew. With sound enabled, it plays a short ascending chime. A muted device may stay silent.

Used or revoked passes show a warning or refusal. The special success sound plays only for a newly admitted artist.

Tips & FAQ

Do my guests get the same result? No. They use their own guest passes. When the crew may see names, the result says Guest of {name} with your artist name. They are not admitted as the performing artist.

What happens when the performance changes? Issued Wallet passes update when the time or stage changes. A revoked pass stays revoked.
