Artist fees and event settlements

Issue self-billed invoices as an organizer and review event settlements.

Updated October 12, 2026

Overview

Under Finance › Artist fees, the organizer issues Gutschriften (self-billed invoices) for agreed artist fees. The event settlement shows the event’s financial result.

Setup

1. Check numbering

Review numbering under Finance › Artist fees › Numbering before issuing the first document. The preview shows the selected format.

2. Prepare a self-billed invoice

Create a draft. Check the recipient, service, amount and tax details. Issue it only once the details are correct.

Everyday tasks

Issuance fixes the number and document details. You cannot overwrite an issued document. For an error, void it with a reason and create a correction where needed.

The artist finds the organizer’s document on their gig page and can confirm there. The document records the fee; it does not itself send a bank transfer.

Review revenue, fees and refunds in the event settlement. Find completed settlements under Finance › Documents.
