Plan the lineup and artists
One artist sheet for timing, stage, gig link and allocations.
Updated October 11, 2026
Overview
Manage the lineup in Event › Plan › Program. Tap an artist to open one sheet for timing, stage, hospitality, notes and allocations.
Setup
1. Add an artist
Add a performance with the artist’s name and, if needed, email. Link a known artist or use a manual entry.
2. Set timing
Start time and duration are independently optional. Leave unknown times blank. Without a duration, the program does not invent an end time.
3. Add stages if needed
With no stages, there is no stage selector. Creating the first named stage enables stages in the program. New performances have that stage preselected.
Deleting a stage keeps its performances and clears their stage assignment. Delete the last stage and the stage fields disappear again.
4. Share the gig link
Tap Copy gig link in the artist sheet. It copies immediately. Send it to the artist to open their gig page. If browser copying fails, select the displayed link and copy it yourself.
Everyday tasks
Artist allocations: Edit guest and friends spots in the artist sheet. The artist adds guest names on the gig page within that allocation.
Event guest list: All names and admission status live in Event › Run › Guests and in the admission scanner. Guest allocations there also holds allocations without an artist assignment.
Fee: Record the agreement in the performance. The organizer issues the Gutschrift (self-billed invoice) under Finance › Artist fees.
Tips & FAQ
Does every artist need an account? No. Their personal gig link opens the gig page.
Are guest spots and friends spots the same? No. Guest spots are named entries for free admission. Friends spots unlock discounted tickets through a code. See Guest lists and invitations.
How does the artist get in? With their artist pass, not the gig link.
