Overview
AI in Gathermatter does one thing for you: automatic translation of event titles and descriptions, ticket types between German and English. You write the content once and reach both language groups.
Setup
1. Translate content
Write event titles, descriptions and ticket types in your language. Automatic translation adds the other language when you save. Check the result before sharing it.
2. Keep an eye on the quota
Every translation uses part of your monthly AI quota. Under Settings › Plan you see under Usage how much of this month's quota is used. The quota resets at the start of each month.
Everyday tasks
- Let it translate: create an event and the translation arrives with it. If you change your original text, the translation is created again.
Tips & FAQ
What happens to my inputs? Text you send for translation goes through OpenRouter (a US-based AI routing service) to the AI model, covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Your inputs are not used to train AI models. Details are on the /subprocessors page.
What does it cost? Your plan includes a monthly quota. Under Settings › Plan you see under Usage how much of it is left.
