Messages and groups
Write directly or to a group in the inbox.

Overview
Inbox holds direct messages, group chats and your space’s team chat. Personal conversations appear under Me › Inbox.
Setup
1. Open a conversation
Open Inbox and select a conversation. On phones, move from the list into the conversation.
2. Write a message
Choose New message and the recipient. For shared topics, create a group chat and select its members.
Everyday tasks
Reply in the conversation and attach a file if needed. Check above the input whether you are writing as yourself or on behalf of the space.
Tips & FAQ
Who is in the team chat? All members of the space. You assemble a group chat from selected members yourself.
Does chat work on a phone? Yes, in the browser. No native app is required.
