Choose your plan

Overview

Settings › Plan shows your space’s plan, billing period, usage and invoices.

• Free has no recurring subscription. Paid tickets carry a ticket fee that includes the card fee.
• Pro has a monthly or annual subscription. No ticket fee applies within its revenue allowance. Above it, the Pro rate applies. Payment processing is charged separately.

The pricing page shows current amounts, limits and the calculator so you compare the new conditions.

Setup

1. Compare plans

Open Settings › Plan › Compare plans. Review fees and included usage. For Pro, choose monthly or annual billing and check the displayed total charge.

2. Set up payouts

For paid tickets, enter legal details, tax status and bank information under Finance › Payouts. This is separate from the subscription. Free events need no payment connection.

Everyday tasks

Check storage, translations and admin seats under Usage. Find invoices and the next renewal beside your subscription. An assigned plan that is not charged is labeled accordingly.

Custom roles are also available on Free. A subscription applies to one space, not to every space on your account.

Tips & FAQ

When is Pro worth it? Compare your ticket price and expected sales with the pricing calculator. The subscription still costs money when no tickets sell.

How do I switch to Free? Open your plan and review its guidance. Your space must fit the current Free limits.

Where do I see when I’ll be paid? Under Finance › Payouts. The pricing page explains the new conditions and possible checks.
